If your Ocius card machine is displaying a Retry Download message or failing to download correctly, it may require a manual reset on the connected terminal.
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
Log onto the terminal that the card machine is connected to.
Close the PosLink software completely.
Open Task Manager and close any running instances of Ocius.
Open File Explorer and click on the C Drive.
Navigate to Program Data and select VeriFone.
Open the folder named PAYWare Ocius Sentinel.
Move the Activation file to the desktop.
Restart Ocius.
