If you're seeing an error related to Ocius Sentinel, it's likely due to a connection issue between PosLink and Ocius. Follow the steps below to resolve it and restore normal functionality.
Close PosLink.
Go to the desktop taskbar and select Restart.
After restarting, PosLink and Ocius should load automatically. If they donβt, make sure both applications are running.
In PosLink, enter a card transaction and check that the error no longer appears.
