If you would like to update the help message shown when the '?' button is pressed on your tills, this message is stored in a file named Support.txt located on the server.

Include the updated message content you'd like displayed.
Our team will locate and update the Support.txt file on your behalf.
Once updated, the new message will appear on all tills when the '?' button is selected.
π Note: There is a similarly named file within the PosLink folder on each individual till, but updating that local file will not produce the required result.
