If ResDiary is not functioning correctly in EPOS Manager, the first step is to verify the URL and interface settings.
Follow the steps below to check and update the configuration:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Control again.
Click Interfaces and select your location.
Under Record Type, select Table Reservation.
Check that the IP Address/URL is set to https://uk.resdiary.com.
Ensure the Interface is set to Restaurant Diary.
Click Save.
π Note: Send all changes to the terminals using POS Updates.
