ResDiary not working

Fix ResDiary booking system connection.

If ResDiary is not functioning correctly in EPOS Manager, the first step is to verify the URL and interface settings.

Follow the steps below to check and update the configuration:

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Click POS Control and select POS Control again.

  3. Click Interfaces and select your location.

  4. Under Record Type, select Table Reservation.

  5. Check that the IP Address/URL is set to https://uk.resdiary.com.

  6. Ensure the Interface is set to Restaurant Diary.

  7. Click Save.
