To create a button that will compile all items on a bill, you need to set up a new function in EPOS Manager.
This allows staff to apply a full discount quickly and consistently during service:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Control again.
Click Functions.
Choose the location where you want to add the function.
Click New.
Type in your description for the function.
Click the ... button under Function Type and select Complimentary.
Set the Reason Code to the required option.
Tick Prompt for Details and Select All From Group.
Click Save.
Add your new function to the function bar.
π Note: Remember to send all changes to the terminals using POS Updates.
π€ Tip: If your site is centralised and changes are managed via the head office location, you will need to bulk update the changes from the head office to the required location.
