Replacement cash drawer keys

Request replacement keys for cash drawers.

If you’ve lost the cash drawer keys linked to your PosLink setup, please note that replacements are not available.

⚠️ Important: To restore access, a new cash drawer will need to be purchased.

Follow the steps below to proceed:

  1. Confirm that the cash drawer keys are no longer retrievable.

  2. Check whether the cash drawer model is still supported.

  3. Purchase a new cash drawer compatible with your EPOS system.

  4. Install the new drawer and connect it to the PosLink terminal.
