If you’ve lost the cash drawer keys linked to your PosLink setup, please note that replacements are not available.
⚠️ Important: To restore access, a new cash drawer will need to be purchased.
Follow the steps below to proceed:
Confirm that the cash drawer keys are no longer retrievable.
Check whether the cash drawer model is still supported.
Purchase a new cash drawer compatible with your EPOS system.
Install the new drawer and connect it to the PosLink terminal.
