Table locked to PDQ

Release tables from pay-at-table locks.

This happens for Pay-At-Table card machines integrated with the PosLink system.

⚠️ Important: If you need to resolve track lock issues on the tills, you will require access to Program Mode. If you don't have permission, contact us.

Once you have the necessary access, follow the steps below on the affected terminal:

  1. Log onto the terminal.

  2. Select Program Mode.

  3. Select Reset Track Locks.

  4. Click OK.

πŸ“Œ Note: If you do not see the Reset Track Locks option, it can be added to the Program keyboard.
