Set up staff time tracking

Enable employee time tracking functionality.

⚠️ Important: To activate the clock-in/out feature in EPOS Manager, make sure all staff are listed as employees and correctly linked to their clerk profiles.

This setup ensures accurate time tracking and reporting for each user:

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Click on POS Control.

  3. Open Interfaces.

  4. Select Time Attendance.

  5. Change the Interface drop-down to EPOS Manager.

  6. Select Compulsory TA Logon.

  7. Click Save.

Clerks will now be required to clock in before using the till, and their activity will be recorded in EPOS Manager.
