Employee details are not displayed during clock-in/out

Set up employee records for time tracking.

When you set up an employee in Fourth, their details do not automatically export to EPOS Manager. To ensure proper integration and reporting, the employee must also be manually configured in EPOS Manager.

To display employee details, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Manually enter the employee details to match the setup in Fourth.

  3. Link the employee profile with their clerk login.
