If there is an error showing Unable to connect to card machine, please reboot the card machine and try again.
You can power cycle or reboot a card machine using the methods below:
📌 Note: Turning the till off does not reboot the card machine.
Wifi card machine
Hold the red X button on the card machine to power off, and hold the Green button to switch back on.
Remove and refit the battery.
Fixed card machine
Trace the cable from the card machine, unplug the power cable, and reconnect.
