Important: When you clear your tracks, this clears all tracks including your tables and tabs. Make sure you print off or close all open tables and tabs that you don't want to clear. You can't retrieve a closed track. This is recommended outside of trading hours.
Before clearing any tracks, please consult with your Head Office. Clearing tracks can cause variances with business sheets and reporting to integrated products.
If the table or track has been re-entered, a manual sale will need to be entered through EPOS Manager

To clear open tracks, tables, and tabs on your terminal, follow the steps below:

βTip: Clear your tracks when the site isn't trading, as you won't have any intentionally open tracks to accidentally close.
Click Program Mode, then click Clear All Tracks.
Select All terminals, then click OK.
