If you need to remove an open track assigned to an engineer, please note the following:
Only system users can view the engineer code in EPOS Manager.
If a clerk notices an open engineer track on the Open Tables report on the till or in the End of Day report in EPOS Manager, a support case should be raised to resolve the issue.
