International mobile number support for SMS notifications - Access POSLink now supports international mobile numbers when capturing customer details for SMS notifications. A country code selector with 170+ international dialling codes is available when entering a mobile number, with a configurable default country code. This means venues with international guests can now send SMS order-ready notifications to customers with non-UK mobile numbers. International number entry is also supported within the Waiting List feature.
What we've fixed
We've resolved the following issues within the Access POSLink application:
POS terminal freezing when using the on-screen keyboard - Fixed an issue where entering kitchen notes using the on-screen keyboard caused the POS terminal to become completely unresponsive, requiring staff to restart the system. The terminal now responds correctly when using the on-screen keyboard during service.
How to access this update
This update is available from 14th April 2026. To implement the changes, you need to manually update your software.
