What's new?
International mobile number entry for SMS - You can now enter international mobile numbers directly from your Access KVLink terminal when sending SMS notifications. The keypad includes a + button for entering a country code, a default +44 UK dialling code, and a country code browser so you can quickly select the right format for any destination.
SMS notifications for web and API orders - Order ready SMS notifications now work consistently across all ordering channels. Whether an order is placed at the till, through a web ordering platform, or via a third-party integration, the customer receives their SMS notification as expected.
What we've fixed
We've resolved several issues within the Access KVLink application:
Missing program types in Get Program from Stocknet - Fixed an issue where the Get Program from Stocknet function on kitchen video terminals was not showing all available program types. You can now download every relevant program type directly to your terminal without needing manual workarounds.
SMS sending error with international numbers - Fixed an issue where sending an SMS to a mobile number entered in the new international format caused a delivery error. SMS notifications now send correctly to international numbers.
How to access this update
This update is available from 12th May 2026. To implement the changes, you need to manually update your Access KVLink software to version 1.0.1.83.
