If you are experiencing issues with your EPOS Manager tills not responding to touch, please follow the steps below to resolve the problem.
Over time, tills that remain powered on continuously can accumulate a negative charge, which may prevent them from responding to touch.
Switch off the till and unplug it from the wall, including any emergency battery that may be connected.
Leave the till powered off for at least 20 minutes to allow the negative charge to dissipate completely.
Reconnect and restart the till after the waiting period.
Apply the same process to kitchen video screens, ensuring that no power source remains connected for at least 20 minutes.
If the touch screen still does not respond after completing these steps, raise a new case and provide the following details: the tillโs make, model, and serial number.
