To confirm the tillโs current network configuration and whether it matches your QSR setup, follow the steps below:
Log in to EPoS Manager.
Click Pos Control and select Pos Control.
Click Kitchen Video Network and select a location.
Click the three dots button to choose the relevant QSR screen.
Details will be displayed:
The IP address the till is using.
The timeout timer in seconds.
