Adding PLUs to a keyboard group allows for the quick generation of new keyboards, which can be particularly helpful for organizing lists of spirits, draughts, bottles, and more.
To create a keyboard group, follow these steps:
Click POS Control, then click POS Control again.
Click Keyboard Groups, then click New.
Add a description, theme, and styling.
Click Save.
To add the keyboard group to the main keyboard:
Click POS Control, then click Keyboards.
Click Main Keyboard.
If needed, choose a location.
Select the keyboard to display the button on.
On the left, in the Items tab list, select Keyboard Group.
Drag and drop the required group to the keyboard.
To customize the button, double-click on it.
Click Save.
To add a PLU to a keyboard group for faster keyboard creation:
Click POS Control, then click PLU.
Find and select the required PLU.
From the Keyboard Group list, select the desired keyboard group.
Click Save.
