Clear individual entries on a KV screen

You can mark certain items as sent to the table without sending the entire order.

You can configure your KV screen to allow bumping individual items without clearing the entire order.

To enable individual item bumping on a KV ticket, log in to EPoS Manager, then follow these steps:

  1. Click Pos Control and select KV Control.

  2. Select the location and choose the KV Profile.

  3. Click Flags tab.

  4. Unselect Clear Items On Order When ALL Items Equal Last Status.

  5. Click Save.
