You can configure your KV screen to allow bumping individual items without clearing the entire order.
To enable individual item bumping on a KV ticket, log in to the KV screen, then follow these steps:
Click Program Mode and select Programming / Program Options.
Choose KV Profiles then click Flags.
Unselect Clear Items On Order When ALL Items Equal Last Status.
Click Save.
