Clear individual entries on a KV screen

You can mark certain items as sent to the table without sending the entire order.

You can configure your KV screen to allow bumping individual items without clearing the entire order.

To enable individual item bumping on a KV ticket, log in to the KV screen, then follow these steps:

  1. Click Program Mode and select Programming / Program Options.

  2. Choose KV Profiles then click Flags.

  3. Unselect Clear Items On Order When ALL Items Equal Last Status.

  4. Click Save.
