Hide the mouse cursor during terminal use

You can hide mouse cursor on terminal touchscreen interface, in a few easy steps

If a mouse cursor keeps appearing, you need program access to resolve it.

You can hide the mouse cursor on the terminal touchscreen interface by following these steps:


On the till

  1. Log in to the till as a user with access to Program Mode.

  2. Select Program Mode and click Programming.

  3. Navigate to Terminal Configuration and select Flags 1.

  4. Tick the box that says Hide Mouse Cursor.

  5. Click Save.

Through EPOS Manager

  1. Log in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Go to System Maintenance and select Locations.

  3. Choose the relevant location.

  4. Open the Tills tab and click Edit.

  5. Navigate to Flags 1 and select Hide Mouse Cursor.

  6. Send the changes to the tills.
