If your Till Journal displays a black line when selecting items, this may be due to the current highlight color blending with the background.
You can adjust the Journal Select Color in EPOS Manager by following the steps below:
Access Program Mode.
Click Select Program/Programming.
Open Global Flags.
Select the Default Colors tab.
Change the Journal Select Color to a color that stands out against white.
Choose your desired color.
Click Save.
Alternatively, you can make these changes through EPOS Manager using the steps below:
Under POS Control, click on POS Control.
Select Global Flag.
Choose the relevant location.
Click on the fourth tab, Default Colours.
Change the Journal Select Color to a color that stands out against blue.
Click Save and Send to Tills Now.
Under POS Control, click on POS Updates.
Select the changes you have made.
Click OK.
