If your wastage receipts are no longer printing in EPOS Manager, you may need to adjust the function settings to re-enable the print option.
Follow the steps below to update your configuration:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Select POS Control, then click POS Control again.
Click on Function and select your location.
Click the ... button and select Enter Waste.
Tick the box for Print Extra Receipt With Signature.
Click Save to apply the changes.
📌 Note: Remember to send all changes to the terminal using POS Updates.
