If you need to view who has logged on to the till remotely, you can check the TeamViewer log file stored locally on the terminal.
Follow the steps below to locate and review the log:
Go to the following file path on the till terminal: C:\Program Files\TeamViewer\connections_incoming.txt.
Open the file to view a list of incoming remote connections.
This log will show details of remote access sessions to the till.
