To retrieve Verifone log files for your card machines using EPOS Manager, you will need a USB keyboard connected to the terminal.
Follow the steps below based on the device type to access and copy the required logs:
VX820
For a VX820 card machine, log onto the terminal that processed the transaction.
Open File Explorer.
Click C: Drive.
Click Program Data and select Verifone.
Click PAYWare Ocius Sentinel.
You can now copy the log files you need and send them to Verifone.
P400
For a P400 card machine, log onto the terminal that processed the transaction.
Open File Explorer.
Click C: Drive.
Click PosLink.
Select Logfiles.
Click the folder named xxxxxxxVerifone, where xxxxxx represents the date and year of the log you need.
You can now copy the log files you need and send them to Verifone.
