If your Sales Net Figures and Gross Figures are showing as zero in EPOS Manager, it may be due to a missing account code in your stock taking category.
Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
Log into EPOS Manager.
Click Stock Maintenance.
Select Categories.
Press the three dots next to Categories.
Choose your stock taking category.
On the right-hand side, check for a description next to the account code.
If no description appears, click the description box.
Select your account code.
Press Save.
Rerun your stock result to confirm the figures are now displaying correctly.
