If your PLU appears correctly configured but shows as a different product in the Stock Result, the issue may lie in the product setup.
π Note: Specifically, the Stock Description field must match the intended product.
Follow the steps below in EPOS Manager to verify and correct this:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Navigate to Stock Maintenance, then go to Products.
Select the relevant Category and Product.
Under the Details tab, check the Stock Description field and ensure it is accurate.
Click Save.
This will ensure the correct product is linked to the PLU in your stock results.
