If your stock result process is interrupted due to EPOS Manager being closed or refreshed before completion, this can cause issues with finalising the result. To prevent this, a new parameter has been introduced that allows the process to continue on the server, regardless of what happens on your device.
Follow the steps below to enable this feature.
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click System Maintenance and select Parameters.
Click the Stock Taking tab.
Tick the option at the bottom: Stock Result β Reset Uses Server Process.
Click Save.
π Note: Once enabled, your stock result will continue to process even if the page is closed or refreshed.
