Stock results in EPOS Manager are highly configurable and may vary depending on your setup and the formulas applied.
If your figures have changed following a VAT update, follow the steps below to review and correct your configuration.
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Navigate to Designers and open Stock Result Designer.
Choose your Layout and open the Result tab.
Check that all formulas are using VAT rather than \1.2*.
Any formula using \1.2* must be amended to use VAT by entering the appropriate Category Number.
