Stock control is not receiving handheld stock takes

Fix handheld stock count sync issues.

If you have completed a stocktake using a handheld device but the figures are not appearing in EPOS Manager, you can manually post the data to ensure it reaches Stock Control.

Follow the steps below to complete the process:

  1. Sign in to EPOS Manager.

  2. Navigate to Stock Movements.

  3. Select Handheld and choose the location where the stocktake was performed.

  4. Tap the three dots next to Category and select the relevant category.

  5. In the Device dropdown, select your stocktaking device.

  6. Press Find.

  7. Review the figures displayed on screen.

    1. If correct, press Apply.

    2. Then press Save.

  8. In the Device dropdown, select Summary.

  9. Confirm the summary figures are accurate.

  10. Press Post.

  11. Once posting is complete, recheck your stocktake in EPOS Manager.
