To restrict an adjustment from being used on specific tills at the same location, you must first ensure that seating areas are configured and each till has a default seating area assigned.
Once this setup is complete, follow the steps below in EPOS Manager to apply the restriction:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Go to POS Control.
Select Adjustments.
Choose the Adjustment you want to restrict.
On the Seating Areas tab, check the area where the adjustment should be prohibited.
Save any changes.
Send all changes to POS.
