Incorrect printer setup for Worldpay receipts

If your Worldpay card machines are printing receipts to the office printer instead of the correct terminal printer, this issue needs to be raised for support.

Please follow the steps below to ensure it’s logged correctly in EPOS Manager.

  1. Raise a new case online.

  2. Reference the title of this article in your case submission.

  3. Specify which terminal your card machines are connected to.
