📌 Note: Adjustments help maintain accurate reporting history, so deleting them is not recommended, as it will erase historical data.
Instead, disabling an adjustment ensures it no longer affects terminals while preserving records:
Log onto EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control and select POS Control again.
Click Adjustments.
Use the ... button to select the adjustment you want to disable.
Tick Adjustment Disabled.
Click Save to apply the change.
📌 Note: Remember to send all changes over to the terminals using POS Updates.
