To link an adjustment in EPOS Manager to an Acteol offer, follow the steps below to ensure both systems are correctly configured:
EPOS Manager
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click Pos Control and select Pos Control again.
Click Adjustments.
Click New, or enter an adjustment number and press Find.
Create the adjustment and make a note of the number.
Acteol
Log in to Acteol and create a new offer.
Manually assign an Offer Code that includes the adjustment number from EPOS Manager. For example, if the adjustment number is 44, the Offer Code should be four characters followed by the number, such as OFCS44.
⚠️ Important: You cannot use the same number on another offer OFCS44 and ODER44.
📌 Note: If the offer needs to work across multiple locations but only one was selected in Acteol, the customer must contact Acteol Support to amend the offer.
