To import program data from the POS terminals into EPOS Manager, you must follow a controlled process to avoid importing outdated or deleted PLUs.
⚠️ Important: Do not pull back PLUs from the tills without first consulting EPOS Support. If your PLU lists are not current, you risk reintroducing deleted items into EPOS Manager
To import program data, follow the steps below:
Click POS Control and select POS Commands.
Click New to create a new command.
Change the Job Type to Get POSLink Programs.
Select the specific parts of the program you want to retrieve.
Choose the appropriate location and till to pull the data from.
Click Save to initiate the command.
You can check the status of this command within POS Command Status.
Following these steps ensures a safe and accurate transfer of POS configuration data into EPOS Manager.
