Paymentsense cloud terminal connection issue

Fix Paymentsense terminal standalone mode.

If your card machine is not connecting to EPOS Manager, it may be operating in Standalone mode, which prevents integration with the till. Disabling Standalone mode allows the card machine to reconnect and sync with EPOS Manager.

Follow the steps below to check and disable this setting:

  1. Press F4 on your terminal.

  2. Enter your supervisor's password and press ENTER.

  3. Select OFF to turn Standalone mode off. The card machine will display Standalone off.

  4. Press CANCEL to restart the card machine.

  5. Once restarted, you should be able to key in an amount directly from the home screen.
