Dojo prompts for waiter ID

If your Dojo A920 is asking for a Waiter ID, it's likely due to Pay at Table or Integrated Payments settings. Adjusting these can disable the prompt.

If your Dojo A920 card machine is prompting for a Waiter ID, it’s likely due to a configuration setting within the Pay At Table feature.

You can disable this prompt by adjusting the settings directly on the device:

  1. Select the three-line menu button in the top left corner of the screen.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Click on Integrated Payments.

  4. Enter the supervisor code.

  5. Select Pay At Table.

  6. Confirm the Waiter ID option is switched off.

  7. Press the back arrow twice to return to the main menu.

  8. Select the three-line menu button again.

  9. Choose Integrated Sale.
