The information we need to allow us to integrate the card machines is.
The URL you have been given from the supplier
The API key from the supplier.
The terminal IDs of all machines.
You must have Pay at counter and or Pay at table enabled with the supplier, and on the device by ticking the relevant box. See your supplier guide .

If you have enabled a unique managers pin, only the supplier will be able to change it not Access.

If you're frequently experiencing the error unable to retrieve table lists on your pay at table Dojo device, this will be because your device needs updated software installed. Please contact Dojo support on the number below, and request the integrations team.
