Edit room bookings

Modify hotel room reservations and charges.

If a guest requests an item to be charged to their room before check-in, such as a bottle of Champagne on arrival, you can add it to their booking in EPOS Manager.

You can also update booking details if needed, following the steps below:

  1. Click Rooms and select Room Booking.

  2. Select the room booking.

  3. Click Transactions.

  4. Click Add; a list of PLUs will appear. Add the required item and quantity.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Click Rooms and select Room Booking.

  7. Select the room booking.

  8. Click Edit Booking.

  9. Change the date or number of guests, then click Check Availability.

  10. To move the booking to another room, highlight a different Room.

  11. Click Confirm to save changes, whether updating the room or keeping the original.
