Remove a room settlement

Request removal of hotel room charges.

To remove a room settlement in EPOS Manager, this action must be completed directly within the database.

If you require a settlement to be removed, please raise a new case and include the following details to ensure accurate processing:

  1. The room number.

  2. The date of the transaction.

  3. The customer name.

  4. The booking reference.

  5. The settlement amount.

  6. The amount to be corrected.

Providing complete and accurate information will help expedite the request.
