To remove a large number of blank PLUs from your system in EPOS Manager, this action must be completed directly within the database.
Follow the steps below to request the removal:
Raise a new case online.
Reference the title of this article in your request.
Provide a full list of the PLUs you want removed.
Include the location each PLU relates to.
