To update prices in EPOS Manager using a bulk import, follow the steps below to request and submit the correct template.
Raise a case online and request a File Import Template.
You will receive a Spreadsheet Template. Fill this out with all relevant PLUs and their updated Prices.
Send the completed template back to IBS Support, who will import it into your EPOS Manager environment.
📌 Note: Once the import is complete, updates will be automatically pushed to the tills. Changes will take effect after the POS Devices are restarted.
