Amend the room invoice template

Update the room invoice template to reflect changes in layout, branding, or billing details for guest charges.

⚠️ Important: To safely update your room invoice layout, start by copying the existing template before making changes.

Once edited, you can assign the new version to the appropriate locations in EPoS Manager using the steps below:


Copy the template

To copy the layout, log onto EPoS Manager and follow the steps below:

  1. Click Designers and select Report Designer.

  2. Click New and click Copy Existing.

  3. Click the ... button and select the existing template.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Give the template a description.

  6. Amend as required and click Save.


Assign the template

You can now assign your new template by following the steps below:

  1. Click Rooms and select Site ID Maintenance.

  2. Click the ... button and select the location.

  3. Using the drop-down next to Invoice Report, select the new template.

  4. Click Save.
