To enable posting to guests for the Guestline integration in EPOS Manager, you will need to adjust a global setting that allows staff to select guests by name when posting charges to a room. This improves accuracy and streamlines the guest billing process:
Log in to EPOS Manager.
Click POS Control, then click POS Control again.
Select Global Flags.
Click Flags 1.
Tick the box for Show Guest List for Room Selection.
Click Save.
π€ Tip: Once enabled, the till will display a pop-out screen with a list of guests when posting to a room. This screen includes a keyboard filter that allows staff to search for guests by name.
