Access EPoS v1.734.00 Release notes

May 2026

Written by Jon Lee

What's new?

  • Equal prominence for cookie consent options - The Accept and Decline buttons on the cookie consent banner now have equal visual weight, providing a clearer and fairer choice.

  • Barcode support in menu data for web ordering - Product barcodes are now included alongside Price Look-Up (PLU) details in the web ordering API, enabling improved barcode-based item lookup for connected ordering and self-service systems.

What we've fixed

We've resolved several issues within the Access StockLink application:

  • Stock buffer updates not reaching tills - Fixed an issue where bulk updates to stock buffer values, including setting a buffer to zero, were not generating a corresponding POS update. Stock buffer changes now correctly propagate to your tills.

  • Misaligned screen elements - Fixed an issue where certain Access StockLink screens displayed UI elements out of alignment.

  • Missing tills in EFT Devices list - Fixed an issue where some tills were not appearing in the EFT Devices dropdown, preventing correct device configuration.

  • Date range selector unavailable in reports via Access Evo - Fixed an issue where the date range button in reports could not be used when accessing Access StockLink through Access Evo.

  • Blank page after saving the Product List - Fixed an issue where clicking Save on the Product List page navigated to a blank page when no changes had been made.

  • Access Denied error when adding deposits - Fixed an issue where users were incorrectly blocked from accessing the deposits page and other pages mapped to non-grantable shortcut commands.

  • Duplicate overnight export files - Fixed an issue where overnight sales export files were being generated in duplicate, which could cause downstream data processing issues.
