Site-specific email addresses for Purchase Orders - Purchase Orders and other site communications are now sent from the email address configured for each individual location. If you manage multiple sites, each site will now use its own email address rather than a single central one, ensuring suppliers always reply to the right location.
Menu Manager reliability - Menu Manager is now significantly faster and more reliable. Intermittent failures that were previously caused by request rate limiting have been eliminated, so you can access and manage your menu data without disruption.
Table plan management via API - Restaurant table plans can now be created, updated, and deleted programmatically via the StockLink API, enabling integration with external systems for table layout management.
Real-time synchronisation of configuration changes - Changes made to seating areas, clerk security settings, timed events, and Price Look-Up (PLU) data in Access StockLink are now automatically propagated to connected platforms in real-time, keeping all your systems in sync.
Faster end-of-day stock processing - End-of-day stock data processing has been significantly improved, completing faster and reducing the load on your system during overnight operations.
Accessibility improvements - Several improvements have been made to support users who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers. Form controls across Access StockLink now have properly associated labels, and decorative icons are no longer announced by screen readers, reducing unnecessary noise.
What we've fixed
We've resolved several issues within the Access StockLink application:
Barcode scanning with special characters - Fixed an issue where barcodes containing
/or\characters were being rejected, preventing them from being scanned correctly at the point of sale.Web orders failing to process - Fixed an issue where online orders were failing to process correctly, which could result in lost orders for hospitality businesses using online ordering platforms.
Automated overnight sales export not generating - Fixed an issue where the automated overnight sales data export to third-party systems was not running as expected, requiring manual intervention each morning.
Sales data missing from third-party export files - Fixed an issue where sales data was not appearing in export files sent to third-party systems, ensuring those systems now receive a complete and accurate record of daily transactions.
Unauthorised access to administrative pages - Fixed a security issue where users without the required permissions could access certain administrative pages, including Users, User Roles, and Recipes. Access is now correctly restricted based on user permissions, and an access denied page is shown to unauthorised users.
IP address value disappearing in connection details - Fixed an issue where an IP address value of '0' would disappear from connection detail fields, causing configuration to be lost.
PLU web ordering settings not saving reliably - Fixed an issue where changes to PLU web ordering configuration were not always saving correctly, which could result in settings being lost.
Report popup positioning - Fixed an issue where the report drill-down detail popup was overlapping the page title, making it difficult to read.
UI corruption on cashless and customer maintenance pages - Fixed several display issues affecting cashless fund management, customer maintenance, and loyalty scheme pages, where broken dropdowns and corrupted form elements were preventing normal use.
Crashes on Functions and Kitchen Video functions pages - Fixed crashes occurring when accessing the Functions and Kitchen Video (KV) functions configuration pages.
POS Control page issue - Fixed an issue on the POS Control page that was preventing it from working correctly.
Order templates with missing descriptions causing errors - Fixed an issue where order templates without a description were causing application errors, improving stability when managing order templates.
Company provisioning failing for longer names - Fixed an issue where organisations with longer company names could not be provisioned successfully, removing a blocker for new customer onboarding.
