May 2026

What's new?

  • Faster PLU list saving - Saving changes to your PLU list is now significantly quicker, especially when working with large product catalogues. Multiple changes are now sent together in a single request, reducing the time you spend waiting for saves to complete.

What we've fixed

We've resolved several issues within the Access StockLink application:

  • PLU list selection lost when navigating back from reports - Fixed an issue where the Show PLU List checkbox state was not retained when using the Back button on the PLU Sales Report, Daily Sales Report, and other report views. Your PLU list selection is now preserved as you navigate between report pages.

  • Unexpected colour picker in Global Flags search - Fixed an issue where searching within the Global Flags page caused an unrelated colour picker control to appear, which could interfere with configuration tasks.

  • Timed Events page not showing start and end times - Fixed an issue where the Start Time and End Time fields were missing from the Timed Events maintenance page, preventing you from viewing or editing event schedules.

  • Missing location folder in EPOSDataFiles - Fixed an issue where location folders were not being created under the company's EPOSDataFiles directory when expected, which could lead to data file errors.

  • High-value PLU price handling - Fixed an issue that could cause data truncation for PLUs with very large price values, ensuring accurate handling of high-denomination products and currencies.

  • WebSocket connection failures after server recycling - Fixed an issue where WebSocket connections were rejected following an application pool recycle and did not recover until the next scheduled recycle. Connections now recover automatically.

  • Restricted access on enquiry pages - Fixed an issue where some enquiry pages did not consistently enforce user access permissions. Access is now correctly restricted based on your assigned role.

  • Platform migration provisioning - Fixed several issues affecting the provisioning process for customers being migrated to the new platform, including credential handling, request validation, and downstream call behaviour.

  • Back-office data import alignment - Fixed an issue where data imports from the back-office accounting system could fail or return incomplete information following recent API changes. Period lists, financial reports, charge codes, and pay types are now imported correctly.

⚠️ Warning: The Execute SQL Command job type has been removed from POS and Kitchen Video commands. This functionality has been deemed unsafe and was unreliable in practice, as changes were overwritten on the next sync. Any historical records of this command type will now display as "Execute SQL (Removed)". If you previously relied on this functionality, please contact support to discuss alternative approaches.
