Access EPoS v1.736.0 release notes

June 2026

H
Written by Harry Burnett

What's new?

  • Locale Preferences in Global Settings - We've added a new Locale Preferences section to Global Settings, alongside Currency, so you can manage locale-related settings in one place. These settings synchronise with Access POSLink.

  • Company Code in Identity Enquiry - The Identity Enquiry view now includes a Company Code column, showing which company is using each identity, making it easier to see how identities are allocated.

What we've fixed

We've resolved several issues within Access StockLink:

  • Disabled clerks in Cash Management - Fixed an issue where disabled clerks could still be added in Cash Management. Disabled clerks are now correctly excluded.

  • Locale and Region settings page - Fixed display issues on the Locale and Region settings page, including a missing header and an error that could occur after saving, so the page now loads and saves reliably.

  • Filter layout in other languages - Fixed an issue where filter labels and controls on the Price Look-Up (PLU) filter overlapped when the screen was displayed in a language other than English.

  • Quantity wording on transfers - Corrected the spelling of "received" in the transfer-in and transfer-out messages.

  • Report quantity values - Fixed an issue where quantities in the clerk time-zone and transaction reports could show as zero, so quantities now display correctly.

  • Daily Operations Report reliability - Fixed an issue where the Daily Operations Report could fail when certain values were empty, so the report now handles these values safely.

  • Live Sales Overview transaction counts - Fixed an issue where transaction counts showed as zero when drilling down below location level in the Live Sales Overview report.

  • File Import sort order - Fixed an issue where the File Import list appeared in no particular order, so it now shows the newest uploads at the top.

  • Duplicate identity client name - Fixed an issue where registering an identity client with a name that already exists showed a generic error, so a clear, friendly message is now displayed.
