What's new?
Disable Kitchen Print Message reason codes - You can now disable Kitchen Print (KP) Message reason codes from Access StockLink, and they will be hidden from operators on the till. A new Disabled checkbox has been added to the KP Messages configuration form, giving venue managers full control over which reason codes are available to staff.
What we've fixed
We've resolved several issues within the Access POSLink application:
Manual gratuity on Pay at Table - Fixed an issue where selecting the Manual Gratuity option on Verifone Pay at Table devices caused the device to get stuck and fail to process the gratuity. Manual gratuity entry now works reliably.
Reset PLU Countdown across multiple tills - Fixed an issue where using the Reset PLU (Price Look-Up) Countdown function only cleared the stock quantity on the local till. On networked tills, the item quantity was set to zero but the PLU button remained disabled, preventing further sales. The reset is now correctly broadcast to all tills, re-enabling the item and clearing quantities across the network.
Enable PLU notifications with advanced stock settings - Fixed an issue where, with the Use PLU Stock Qty Advanced setting enabled, re-enabling a disabled PLU using Function 60 (Enable Item) did not send notifications to registered third-party endpoints. Notifications are now sent reliably whenever an item is enabled or disabled, ensuring connected ordering apps, kitchen displays, and stock systems stay in sync.
Verifone Pay at Table stability - Fixed a number of issues affecting the stability of Verifone Pay at Table devices. Card terminals now recover automatically after a disconnection, work correctly when multiple devices are in use on the same network, and resolve previous issues with intermittent connectivity. Diagnostic logging has also been improved to help us investigate any future issues more quickly.
Unexpected Clerk ID prompts on Verifone devices - Fixed an issue where Verifone P630 card terminals could unexpectedly prompt for a Clerk ID during normal payment operations. Payments now flow smoothly without interruption.
π Note: This release also includes general security and stability improvements.
