What's new?
Disable Kitchen Printer Messages - You can now mark Kitchen Printer Messages and reason codes as disabled, hiding them from the user interface without deleting them. This gives you control over which messages your kitchen staff see, reducing on-screen clutter while keeping your existing message library intact.
What we've fixed
We've resolved several issues within the Access EPOS Manager application:
File Import utility - Fixed an issue where the File Import utility appeared to hang on the "Initialize" step after uploading a CSV file. Progress now updates reliably and imports complete as expected.
PLU Breakdown unit of measure popup - Fixed an issue where amending the unit of measure from the Price Look-Up (PLU) Breakdown screen returned a "page not found" error. The popup now opens correctly.
Business Sheets rollback - Fixed an issue affecting the rollback function on Business Sheets, restoring reliable behaviour when reversing changes.
PLU Sales Report blank page - Fixed an issue where the PLU Sales Report displayed a blank page after applying group filters. Filtered reports now load correctly.
Item Charge Code Mapping buttons missing - Fixed an issue where the Add, Edit, and Delete buttons did not appear on the Item Charge Code Mapping page within Room/Site ID Maintenance. The buttons are now restored, and charge codes display correctly.
PLU Countdown reset across tills - Fixed an issue where resetting a PLU Countdown left items disabled and quantities uncleared on other tills. Stock resets now broadcast correctly to all connected terminals.
Order tracker totals - Fixed an issue where Purchase Order rows were included in the tracker total quantities, discounts, VAT, and grand total. Tracker totals now reflect only the relevant order types.
