If your table plan has disappeared from a terminal or tablet, the first step is to check whether itโs still visible on any other terminals. If it is, you can transfer the data from the working terminal to the one missing the table plan.
If the table plan is missing across all terminals, youโll need to restore a program backup using EPOS Manager.
๐ Note: Restoring a program will remove any updates sent to the terminal since the backup was saved. If updates were made after that point, youโll need to resend them once the restore is complete.
Follow these steps to restore your program:
Log onto a table.
Click Program Mode.
Click Restore Data.
Select a date when the table plan was showing correctly.
Click OK.
Once completed, send the data over to the other terminals.
