📌 Note: This allows you to manage and restrict specific reasons across your terminals.
Follow the steps below to complete the process:
Log in to EPoS Manager.
Click on Pos Control and select Complementary Reason.
Select the location if necessary.
Select the Reason Code.
Choose the Applies To Adjustment Group.
Select the Disabled box.
Click Save and send the update to the other terminals.
📌 Note: This ensures the selected complementary reason is no longer available across your estate.
